da bet vitoria: Aston Villa have raided north London to sign Alan Hutton and Jermaine Jenas from Tottenham on transfer deadline day.
da cassino online: The Scottish full-back has worked under Villa boss Alex McLeish at Rangers and Scotland, and has signed a four year contract. The defender was part of the Spurs side that finished fourth in the Premier League in 2009-10, and also featured in the Champions League for Harry Redknapp’s men, but could not hold down a consistent starting berth.
Jenas has became something of a forgotten man at White Hart Lane, as the likes of Sandro and Tom Huddlestone have forced the England international to watch on from the bench of late. The former Newcastle midfielder has signed initially on a one-year loan deal, with the option to buy next summer.
McLeish is happy with his last gasp deals, and feels the duo can help Villa have a strong 2011-12 campaign.
“Alan is a player whom I know well. He is an athletic full-back in his mid-20s – a very good age – and he has a lot of experience playing at a high level, both internationally with Scotland and with Rangers and Tottenham which are big clubs,” he told the side’s official website.
“So he fits the bill in terms of having the right temperament to be an important and influential player for Villa.
“Jermaine is a dynamic midfield player and I feel he will add to the quality of the squad as well. He also has played at a very high level and I’m sure he will be relishing this opportunity,” the Scot concluded.
