da betano casino: According to an interview he conducted with German publication Bild, Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira has hinted that he would like to play in the Premier League, and Manchester United should look to make a move for the 73-cap Germany international this summer.
What’s the word, then?
da spicy bet: Well, speaking to Bild the 31-year-old, who has 12 months remaining on his contract with the Serie A giants, was talking about winning a league title in Germany, Spain and now Italy, with England the one missing from his collection.
The midfielder told Bild: “Out of the best leagues in Europe, I am missing England after having won in Spain, Germany and Italy.
“The Premier League has always fascinated me. Winning the title there would complete my collection.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho may well be looking to add to his midfield options this summer with Michael Carrick retiring and Marouane Fellaini yet to sign a new contract, while the future of Ander Herrera also looks to be a little unclear.
How has Khedira done this season?
It has been another successful campaign for the Germany international.
The 31-year-old has scored nine goals and provided a further seven assists from the middle of the park for Juve, who need just a point from their remaining two Serie A fixtures to ensure they win the title again.
The versatile midfielder, who can play in the centre or as a more defensively-minded player, is known for his calmness in possession, while his 6ft 2in frame mean he is a strong and powerful presence for his side.
Why should Man United sign him?
Firstly, they need midfielders, and they need ones better than Marouane Fellaini – whatever Jose Mourinho may think.
Bringing Khedira to Old Trafford would certainly achieve that aim and should be backed by the fans, who want their club to sign Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale following his El Clasico display, and the Portuguese boss should be a fan of the Germany international because of his size and the experience he has.
The 31-year-old has basically sent a come-and-get-me plea to Premier League clubs, and he could prove to be a key player for the Red Devils in a central midfield three alongside Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba as they look to win the top flight title and progress further in the Champions League next season.
