da prosport bet: Leeds United’s hunt for a striker seems to have hit a bit of a dead-end.
da bet esporte: Their third bid for Che Adams has been turned down, Watford have knocked them back in their initial approach for Andre Gray, and Dwight Gayle’s injury means that he isn’t a viable option.
Of course, there have been other players linked, but the fan backlash to the Britt Assombalonga rumours and the fact that Billy Sharp isn’t rated by Bielsa may mean that they’re not the best solutions.

The Yorkshire Post are now reporting that Leeds are being forced to look abroad in their search for a striker.
There is a huge amount of untapped talent playing on foreign shores, and if Leeds can sign one of these stars in the making then their path to promotion will get a whole lot easier.
This is Victor Orta’s chance to prove himself as a competent and talented director of football with a bit of imagination.
Orta’s policies haven’t been all that inspiring in the past as his moves have often centred around signing players from his former club with Adam Forshaw and Patrick Bamford, or landing proven Championship men who’ve done it at this level before in promotion winners Barry Douglas and Helder Costa.
The Spaniard is now tasked with finding a player plying his trade abroad who can come in and make an instant impact in England.
The likes of Teemu Pukki, last season’s top goalscorer and Emi Buendia, who contributed to 20 goals last term, are just two examples of players brought in from overseas who were incredible upon arrival in the Championship.
Of course, for every Pukki you have a Pierre-Michel Lasogga, a man often bemoaned by supporters during his time at Leeds, but if Orta is truly the ‘football oracle’ he’s previously been described as he should be able to unearth a gem from abroad.
In other news, a journalist from The Athletic has made an interesting prediction about one Leeds transfer target.
